Moderated by Scott Graham, Editor-in-Chief, THE RECORDER, attorneys Deborah H. Wald, Fred Hertz of SameSexLaw , and Deb Kinney of the DLK Law Group will blend analysis of the recent California Supreme Court decision with demography, in order to deliver practical advice on how attorneys can earn the business of this emerging community.

The issues to be addressed include: the most common legal needs of same-sex couples; how the federal government’s refusal to recognize same-sex marriages should affect lawyers, advice and counsel; and, how Estate, Family Law, Employment, Wealth Management and other attorneys should position their practices in order to earn the respect and trust of same-sex couples. The program will include 30 minutes for Q & A.
