Please join us to hear from a panel of attorneys who are experts in the fields of LGBT and elder law about existing laws affecting LGBT elders, including:

-California Caretaker Stature
-Enhanced health care protections with appropriate documentation
-Financial powers of attorney
-Gifting during life or upon death
-Estate Planning

*In a special presentation, learn about the Council on Aging, Sonoma County’s “premier service agency” and its many services, including legal services.
