Fountaingrove Lodge has announced that they have received all the necessary government entitlements to move into the construction phase. They are the nations first Continuing care Retirement Facility specifially designed for LGBT seniors.
A priority program is being put in place for interested tenants with benefits that include:
- Priority Program Memebers may select their preferred floor plan and location prior to construction
- Members will lock in their Entrance and starting Monthly Fees, ensuring pre-construction prices.
- Members may select design features for their residence such as flooring, paint, fixtures, cabinetry and countertops.
