Mike Bolgatz
Mike graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a B.A. in Political Science. He received his law degree from the New College in San Francisco. Mike is “of counsel” to DLKLawGroup, PC, and is primarily involved with trust administration, probate, and business work.
Mike began his legal career negotiation and protecting intellectural property and other business interests for a manufacturing company. Mike then spent 10 years in the securities brokerage field, eventually becoming a general counsel for a national securities firm.
Mike has demonstrated a solution-oriented disposition towards corporate matters large and small, including entity formation, risk management, and business development. He has drafted complex contracts for matters as varied as commercial lease agreements, partnership agreements, and software licensing agreements. He has worked on larger corporate acquisitions, employment disputes, and has handled many commercial arbitrations. Mike’s recent experience involves probate and trust litigation matters.
